LDC specialises in leadership formation and executive coaching — identifying what gaps exist, what needs to be developed, and how. Alongside our corporate advisory work, LDC has established the Bridges of Learning educational programme, focused on improving the quality of education and supporting curriculum learning for pupils aged 11 to 18.
