Ivan Sulev

Ivan Sulev is an innovation strategist with twenty years of experience and over €12 million in secured grant funding across EU funding frameworks for the last 5 years. He holds an MSc in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford, where he received the Programme Director's Prize for Academic Achievement.

Ivan leads complex multi-country innovation programmes, covering consortium architecture, strategic advisory, funding strategy, stakeholder coordination, and full project lifecycle management across 12+ EU countries — with deep expertise spanning AI, digital transformation, sustainability, energy systems, and public-sector innovation.

He is also developing COGNITO, a cognitive digital twin platform for ultra-luxury hospitality under the brand Intelligent Luxury. The platform integrates AI-driven predictive systems, guest intelligence, energy optimisation, and operational intelligence to help ultra luxury destinations operate as intelligent, self-learning ecosystems. Live deployments are underway across premium hospitality projects in Sardinia and Geneva.
