Ian is a consulting and transformation executive with 25 years of experience advising clients and consulting teams on complex business and technology change, including operating model design, change management, and measurable performance outcomes.

He has held senior growth and delivery leadership roles on large, complex transformation programs at Accenture (UK and Canada). As an Executive Director at Deloitte, he helped expand the firm's digital and managed services business across priority industry sectors.

Ian currently leads IADA Services and is known for aligning diverse stakeholders, breaking down functional silos, and translating strategy into executable transformation plans. His experience includes:
