About Gareth Dooley

Gareth Dooley is a senior strategic advisor to investors, governments, boards, and executive leadership teams on growth, governance, and performance across infrastructure and energy. He has led extremely complex 4–6 billion USD mega projects, giving him first-hand experience of large-scale capital deployment, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Gareth has advised the UK, Canadian, and Jordanian governments on major programmes and policy priorities, and has served on company boards and steering committees overseeing multi-billion-dollar initiatives. Having founded and led his own ventures, he brings an owner's mindset to questions of capital, talent, and long-term value creation.
He holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and an MSc from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
