Damien Kopp is a global technology advisor and educator based in Singapore. He leads RebootUp, a boutique advisory practice focused on AI strategy, governance, and the geopolitics of technology, and has advised organisations including Unilever International, Singtel/NCS, Roche, UOB, Toku, and KPMG on enterprise AI adoption and strategic resilience.

As Associate Faculty with SMU Executive Development, Damien designs and delivers executive programmes on AI strategy, governance, generative AI, sovereign AI, and change leadership, including dedicated programmes for boards of directors. He has also lectured at INSEAD, Kellogg-HKUST, ESSEC, and NUS.

Previously, Damien was Head of Innovation at NCS (Singtel Group), leading a 100-person team that scaled AI and robotics across Asia. He served on the Digital Advisory Board of the National Gallery Singapore and brings over a decade of consulting experience with Accenture across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Through KoncentriK, his independent research platform, Damien publishes original analysis on techno-politics and AI sovereignty. The Dependency Economy of AI, his comparative study of 25 national AI strategies, was released with France's Digital New Deal think tank and has reached policymakers and academics, including France's Minister for Digital Affairs and AI.

Damien holds a dual Executive MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
