He led large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes across the Medical Technology and Manufacturing sectors, consistently delivering measurable performance improvements and sustained competitive advantage.

Following a distinguished career in global consulting, Arsalan now leads LDC, an independent boutique practice focused on management consulting and top management advisory, bringing Fortune 100-calibre thinking to organisations across Medical Technology, Manufacturing, and Fintech. Working directly with various startups, boards and C-suite leadership, he helps organisations cut through complexity, drive transformation, and build the strategic foundations for sustainable growth.

Arsalan sits on the boards of the Lester Dominic Solicitors, a global legal firm reflecting the breadth of his expertise and his ability to operate with authority across various professional services environments.
